01 How quickly will my order be processed? Orders +
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
02 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Orders +
Yes — if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can cancel or modify it before it ships. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, please use our return process after delivery.
03 How long does shipping take? Shipping +
Standard domestic shipping (US) takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 2–3 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
04 Do you offer free shipping? Shipping +
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Some oversized or special-handling items may be excluded — the final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number via email. Use that number on the carrier's website, or head to My Account → Order History on UrbanLoopStore.com for real-time updates.

Absolutely! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
07 What is your return policy? Returns +
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, go to My Account → Order History and select the item(s) you wish to return. Hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear and face masks are non-returnable.
08 How do I exchange an item for a different size or color? Returns +
We handle exchanges as a return + new order. Simply return the original item and place a fresh order for the size or color you need. To avoid missing out on popular items, we recommend placing the new order before shipping back your return.
09 What if I received a damaged or wrong item? Returns +
We're so sorry about that! Please email us at support@urbanloopstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you and aim to respond within 48 hours.
10 How long does a refund take? Returns +
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 1–2 business days to appear on your statement.
11 Where can I find the size guide? Products +
Each product page includes a Size Guide section with detailed measurements and fit advice. For hats and caps, we recommend measuring your head circumference (in cm or inches) and comparing it to our chart before placing your order.
12 Where can I find care and material information? Products +
Fabric composition and care instructions are listed under Product Details on each product page. Most of our hats and accessories are best cared for with cold hand-washing. Avoid tumble drying or machine washing unless the label specifically states it's safe.
13 When will a sold-out product be restocked? Products +
Popular items typically restock within 2–4 weeks. Click the "Notify Me" button on any sold-out product page and we'll send you an automatic email the moment it's back in stock — so you never miss your favorite piece.
14 Do your sunglasses provide UV protection? Products +
Yes — all sunglasses sold on UrbanLoopStore meet UV400 protection standards, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Polarized lens options are clearly noted in the product specifications on the listing page.
15 What payment methods do you accept? Payment +
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also support Shop Pay Installments — buy now and split your purchase into easy, interest-free payments.
16 How do I apply a discount code? Payment +
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount Code" field and click "Apply" — the savings will be reflected instantly. Only one code can be used per order, and some codes may not stack with already-discounted items.
17 How do I get a receipt for my order? Payment +
An order confirmation email (your receipt) is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. You can also download a copy anytime from My Account → Order History.
18 Can I place an order without creating an account? Account +
Yes — you can check out as a guest with no registration required. However, creating a free account unlocks order history, shipment tracking, wishlists, restock alerts, and exclusive member discounts. It only takes 30 seconds to sign up!
19 I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Account +
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. A secure reset link will be sent to your inbox within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
20 How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? Account +
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email and you'll be removed from our list immediately. You can also manage your preferences anytime under My Account → Email Preferences. Note: you'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) regardless.
